DETAILS TO CONSIDER

As your day approaches, here are some details to start thinking about.  Know that we are here to help every step of the way and we would certainly love to offer suggestions, recommendations, and share our unique expertise with you.

Every celebration is unique to the individuals.  You may find that you want to add or subtract from the sample timeline below.

CEREMONY

Prelude - Prelude music will begin typically 15-20 minutes before the ceremony as guests begin arriving and start taking their seats.

Seating of Family - Parents, Grandparents, special family members - Maybe you'd like a special song played here that has some important significance to someone exceptional in your life.  Perhaps a song your parents danced to at their wedding or a song special to a grandparent.

Wedding Party Processional - Music here while your wedding party walks down the aisle.

Bridal Processional - The most important music in the wedding ceremony happens here as the beautiful bride makes her entrance.

Mid-Ceremony Moment - An optional moment for romantic musical ambiance.  Some couples choose to have music during a unity candle lighting, reading by a member of the wedding party, knot tying, sand pouring, or wine toast.

Recessional - The celebratory moment at the end of the ceremony right after you've been introduced as a married couple for the first time!

COCKTAIL HOUR

Music here can be anything you'd like: classical, pop, jazz, country, rock, or a mash up of different styles and genres.

RECEPTION

Grand Entrance: The start of the reception makes for a perfect time for the MC to announce the newlywed's grand entrance.  You might also choose to have your wedding party introduced before your entrance.
